What does KYM AI do?
We build AI chatbots, agents and automations for businesses. We find the routine work AI can take on, build the tools to do it and help keep them running. You approve before anything goes live, and you choose which actions need a person's OK. We also make KYM PA Guardian, a personal AI assistant app.
Do you build AI chatbots?
Yes. We build chatbots for your website, and we can connect the same assistant to WhatsApp, text messages, Facebook Messenger or Instagram through their official business APIs. Those channels need approved business accounts, and business texting in the US needs carrier registration. Texts go only to people who agreed to get them, with an easy way to opt out. Their fees are separate and listed in your quote. The chat on this site is a simple example of what we build.
Will it work with the software we already use?
Often, yes. We use official connections to widely used tools such as CRMs, calendars, email, accounting software and help desks. If something won't connect, we'll tell you on the first call.
How much does it cost?
Build projects get a fixed quote in writing after a free call, before any work starts. The audit is a fixed price, and managed plans have a monthly price agreed up front. Fees from other tools, such as automation platforms or text messages, are listed separately. Our personal assistant app is free during the beta.
How long does it take?
Small automations can take days; larger agents take longer. Your quote includes a timeline.
How do you handle our data?
We use official connections and limit access to what each automation needs. Before we build, we agree in writing how your data is used, where it's stored, which services process it, who can access it and how it's removed. For sensitive work, we can discuss private or self-hosted options.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Like any AI, it can make mistakes. We test it on your real questions and data before launch, set it up to pass things to a person when it isn't sure, and you choose which actions need a person's OK. Regular reports help you spot what it got wrong or couldn't answer, so it can be improved.
Will AI replace our staff?
That's not what we build for. Automations take routine work off your team so people can spend more time on customers and decisions. You decide which tasks stay with a person.
