Is the audit free?
The first call is free. The full audit is $750, a fixed price for up to 3 processes. If you start a bundle or build project with us within 60 days of receiving your written plan, we credit the full $750 toward your setup fee. See pricing.
Do we have to build with you afterwards?
No. The written plan is yours to use with any team. If you'd like us to build it, the first project comes with a fixed quote.
What do you need from us?
About an hour of your time, a short questionnaire, and a chance to talk with the people who do the work. We don't need logins to your systems for the audit itself.
How long does it take?
We aim to finish within 1–2 weeks, depending on when your team is free for the walkthrough.
What if AI isn't a good fit for us?
Then we'll say so. Sometimes a simple change, or a tool you already have, does the job, and the plan will say that plainly.
