Do I need credits to use KYM PA Guardian?
No. The app is free and runs on our own servers by default. Credits are only used when you choose a premium cloud AI model.
Is this cheaper than buying AI directly?
For most people, yes, because most requests run free on our servers and you don't pay for setup or developer time. If you only want raw API access for your own code, buying directly from a provider is the better fit.
Which model should I choose?
For everyday tasks, the free default is plenty. For complex writing or reasoning, choose a premium model. Your assistant can pick for you.
How is usage counted?
Premium models charge by the amount of text processed. Your account shows every top-up and every use, so there are no surprises.
Can I get a refund?
