Bookings that go straight into your calendar.

We automate how customers book with you, from your website, your chatbot or a link in your emails, straight into the calendar or booking software you already use. Confirmations, reminders and reschedules go out automatically, following rules you set.

What we automate

  • Lets customers book from your website, your chatbot or a booking link in your emails
  • Checks open times in your calendar or booking software before offering them
  • Collects what you need before the appointment, such as the service and an address
  • Sends confirmations and reminders by email, or by text to customers who agreed to get them
  • Handles reschedules and cancellations, and can offer freed-up times to people on a waitlist
  • Routes each booking to the right person, location or service
  • Sends a thank-you and a review request after the visit, if you want one
  • A daily schedule summary for your team

How it works

  1. Map your booking rules
  2. Connect your calendar
  3. Set up reminders
  4. Test bookings end to end
  5. Your approval
  6. Go live
  7. Review and adjust

You set the rules: which services, hours, gaps and staff can be booked automatically, and which bookings need a person to confirm. Text reminders go only to customers who agree to get them, and each text includes a way to opt out. Business texting in the US needs carrier registration, and text fees are separate and listed in your quote. Review requests follow the review sites' rules: we ask all customers the same way and don't offer rewards for reviews.

What you get

  • Your booking rules, written down and agreed
  • Connection to your calendar or booking software
  • Confirmation and reminder messages written in your style
  • Test bookings run end to end before launch
  • A daily schedule summary for your team

Who it's for

Questions

Can it work with the booking software we already use?

Often, yes, if your software has an official connection. If it doesn't, we'll tell you on the first call and suggest options.

Can we approve bookings before they're confirmed?

Yes. You can let some bookings confirm automatically and send others to a person to approve, such as first-time customers or large jobs. You approve before anything goes live, and you choose which actions need a person's OK.

Can it send text reminders?

Yes, to customers who agreed to get them. Each text includes a way to opt out. Business texting in the US needs carrier registration, which we set up with you, and text fees are separate and listed in your quote.

Can it take deposits?

It can send a payment link from the payment provider you already use. It doesn't ask customers to type card details into a chat.

We're a clinic. Can we use it?

If your work involves patient health information, tell us on the first call. We'll explain plainly what we can and can't support before we quote.
