Unused credits
If you change your mind, you can ask for a refund of a credit purchase within 14 days of buying it, as long as none of that purchase has been used. We refund to the original payment method.
Partly used credits
Once you have started using a purchase, the used part can't be refunded. We may refund the unused part at our discretion, and always where the law of your country requires it.
Mistakes and failures
If you were charged twice, or credits were taken for a request that failed because of a fault on our side, tell us and we'll put the credit back.

Credits are not money. They can be used only on KYM AI services, can't be transferred to anyone else, and can't be withdrawn or exchanged for cash except as described here.
