These are the terms for using the KYM AI website, the KYM PA Guardian app and KYM AI credits. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. The app is in beta

KYM PA Guardian is still improving and can make mistakes. Check anything important before you rely on it. Agent roles shape how the assistant behaves; they are not professionals. The legal and money roles give general information only, not legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

2. You stay in charge

The assistant asks before risky actions on your PC, such as overwriting a file. If you connect an email account, it can send and reply to email on your behalf. It cannot place orders, make bookings or handle payments. You can close or uninstall it at any time.

3. AI credits

• Credits are prepaid and priced in US dollars. $1 paid gives $1 of credit.
• Prices exclude any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies where you live. If tax applies, it is shown before you pay.
• Credits pay for requests your assistant sends to cloud AI models, at the provider's price plus our service fee, as shown on the pricing page at the time of use.
• Credits can be used only on KYM AI services.
• Credits are non-transferable: they can't be moved to another person or account.
• Credits are non-withdrawable: they can't be exchanged for cash, except where our refund policy or the law says otherwise.
• Prices can change when providers change theirs. The price shown when a request is made is the price charged.

4. Using our services fairly

Don't use our services to break the law, harm others, get into accounts or computers that aren't yours, or try to resell access to AI models. AI model providers have their own rules; using a model through us means following them too.

5. Custom work

Custom agents, automation, cloud and research projects are covered by a separate written agreement and quotation.

6. Responsibility

We work hard to make our services safe and useful, but the beta app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, KYM AI isn't responsible for losses caused by relying on AI answers or on actions you approved. Nothing here limits rights you have under the consumer laws of the country where you live.

7. Founding 1,000 offer

If you are one of the first 1,000 people to join the KYM PA Guardian beta, the app stays free for you, with no subscription fee, for as long as we offer it. AI credits for cloud models are paid separately, as described above.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll tell account holders by email before an important change.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. [Counsel to confirm.] If you are a consumer, you may also have the protection of the laws of the state or country where you live.
